Design and manufacture of hot air cold stake equipment and systems
Hot air cold staking is an inexpensive way to assemble plastic
components. Using our patented hot air cold stake units makes
staking systems less expensive than traditional systems because
they don't require a press to move the work to the tooling. Its
modular design makes system assembly easy. The unit moves to
the work, saving thousands of dollars. (See web pages 3 and 4),
The staking unit can be reconfigured to suit various controls
systems and programmable controllers. The units are intended to
be universal and don't take up much space. More advantages of
